Job Title: Frontend Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to spearhead the development of scalable, modern, and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Build Hybrid Applications with Responsive Design and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Create Reusable Components/Libraries for frontend projects to enhance code reusability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Microservices Architecture and achieve application scalability.
  • Implement Micro Apps Architecture using Module Federation and Socket.IO to enable real-time updates.
  • Develop and maintain Localization/Globalization (Translations) functionality to cater to diverse user needs.
  • Containerize applications using Docker to ensure efficient deployment and management.
  • Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Workflows to streamline development workflows.
  • Apply SOLID principles, Data Structures, Exception Handling, and Design Patterns to ensure robust software design.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on frontend development.
  • Excellent coding skills and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven track record as a team lead or similar position with experience in managing teams and driving project outcomes.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Tier-1 companies and/or experience working with large-scale applications.
