We are seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to develop and productionize AI models that power intelligent automation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for multi-turn dialogue, entity extraction, reasoning, and decision-making.
  • Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, Mistral, LLaMA) for domain-specific use cases using open-source frameworks.
  • Evaluate model performance using qualitative and quantitative methods (BLEU, ROUGE, Precision/Recall, etc.)
  • Contribute to rapid experimentation pipelines and scalable AI deployments.
  • Work with platform engineers to package models for secure, efficient inference (on-premise/cloud).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agentic AI, NLP, and LLM alignment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in applied ML or AI research roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or Data Scientist.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain.
  • Experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs, especially for reasoning, dialogue, or retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Strong understanding of NLP and generative model architectures.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Prior knowledge of agent frameworks or function-calling architectures is beneficial.
