Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our chiller projects from design to commissioning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and technical oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring proper site supervision. They will also be responsible for reviewing and managing technical drawings, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining version control.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide successful project execution
  • Leading all phases of chiller projects including design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors to ensure proper site supervision
  • Reviewing and managing technical drawings, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining version control
  • Tracking project costs, managing procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring budget adherence

Our team is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller project execution
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Projects
  • Familiar with PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, and electrical panels
  • Skilled in site coordination and cross-functional team management
