Job Summary

A Network Support Specialist will provide remote technical assistance to consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore. This role is crucial for the successful deployment of an enterprise connectivity project, with future expansion planned across multiple countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer device setup and connectivity troubleshooting support to consultants and local IT teams.
  • Configure routers from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when necessary.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
