Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Frontend Development Lead to spearhead the creation and maintenance of cutting-edge web applications in e-commerce and product development environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Headless JavaScript frameworks, including React, Next.js, and Angular, as well as proficiency in HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex frontend applications using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements, estimate project scope, and identify potential implementation risks.
  • Provide mentorship through code reviews, debugging, and architectural guidance.
  • Partner with backend and data teams to build integrated user experiences.
  • Directly manage engineers, conducting regular performance reviews and growth conversations.
  • Contribute to hiring strategies and interview processes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Help scale the frontend team as the organization grows.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on modern web stacks.
  • Hands-on expertise in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
  • Track record of delivering and owning large-scale production applications.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus: Exposure to UX Design, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with AWS, Azure, and Cloud technologies.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Google Analytics, tag management, and performance optimization.
