    Job Title: SAP Commerce Cloud Frontend Developer

    About the Role:

    At IBCScorp, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Commerce Cloud Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software that meets the functional and non-functional project requirements in the implementation, enhancement, and support of e-commerce platform-centric projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop application code on-time, on-budget, and in compliance with DCX Commerce implementation standards & practices as well as general industry & platform-specific leading practices.
  • Solve complex tasks on the project by collaborating with Technical Architects (TA) and Team Leads (TL).
  • Develop solutions for defined tasks, adhering to platform-specific & industry best practices, DCX Commerce code standards, and performance under load requirements.
  • Implement browser interaction using JavaScript frameworks, advanced HTML, and CSS techniques to deliver the layout and user experience specified in wireframes delivered by our Creative Designers.
  • Work with e-commerce platform technologies for static content management and server-side dynamic content generation.
  • Participate in daily scrums and agile software development methodology meetings, including sprint planning and estimating work effort on assigned tasks.

    Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of recent experience in front-end web development.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in the relevant platform (i.e., SAPCC, Hybris commerce v6.2+).

    Desirable Skills:

  • Expert in developing front-end web applications for SAPCC (Hybris).
  • Proficient in using version control, including planning, branching, and merging.
  • Proficient in documenting complex functionality in code and documentation.
  • Ability to follow development standards.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented concepts, MVC paradigm.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creative and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of how Agile is implemented inside Jira.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
