Web Engineering Lead Position

A seasoned front-end leader with in-depth knowledge of Angular and React is required to drive the development of responsive, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of web architecture for scalable web applications using Angular and React.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Drive best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Oversee state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.
  • Ensure efficient frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are established.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor front-end developers, and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving front-end technologies and frameworks.
  • Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of front-end development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
