Telehealth Consultation Physician

The ideal candidate for this role is a licensed medical doctor with expertise in telemedicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert medical guidance and advice to patients through real-time video, audio, or chat consultations.
  • Review patient history, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Issue secure digital prescriptions via our system, adhering to the highest standards of medical ethics and confidentiality.
  • Manage per-minute consultations, scheduled calls, and chat-based advice, ensuring seamless communication with patients.
  • Uphold the principles of patient care, dignity, and respect in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • MBBS (minimum) + Post-graduate specialization (MD/DM/DNB) preferred.
  • Valid registration with NMC / MCI / State Medical Council.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with teleconsultation tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English/Hindi (regional language a plus).
