Job Role:
  • Lead a team of designers to create engaging visual content for educational purposes.
  • Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.
Innovation with AI
  • Promote innovation in graphics by incorporating design trends and AI technologies, creating immersive visual content tailored to enhance learning experiences.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate).
