We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Engineering Manager to join our organization.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented algorithm engineers and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge solutions.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure for algorithm deployment and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop robust algorithmic solutions, and driving optimization of algorithm performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.

In addition, you will integrate advancements in high-performance computing, distributed systems, and algorithm frameworks, and continuously improve development methodologies, tools, and workflows across the team.

Requirements
  • A PhD + 6 years of industry experience or M.Tech + 8 years of experience or B.Tech + 10 years of experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • 8+ years hands-on experience in Python, C++, or CUDA.
  • 8+ years working with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI algorithms.
  • Strong foundation in HPC, parallel programming, and distributed systems.
  • Must have worked in a product-based engineering company.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tier 1 college graduates (IIT, IIIT, NIT, VIT).
  • Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or hardware engineering companies.
  • Familiarity with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Exposure to GPU architectures, Docker, or Apptainer.
  • High academic performance (CGPA > 8 preferred).
