As a Tele Counsellor, you will be responsible for conducting telephonic counselling sessions with clients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to develop effective counselling strategies. You will also need to stay updated on mental health resources and refer clients to appropriate services as needed. To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening abilities. A basic understanding of mental health issues and counselling techniques is essential. Proficiency in using telecommunication software and tools is necessary for efficient communication. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is vital. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephonic counselling sessions with clients to understand their issues and provide guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sessions.
