NDT Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections utilizing a variety of techniques, including ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and magnetic particle testing.

• Inspectors must have a strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and specifications to accurately interpret and evaluate test results.
• Detailed inspection reports and documentation are essential components of the position, as is maintaining accurate records of findings.
• NDT procedures must be developed and implemented in accordance with relevant industry standards, such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, and API.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for detected flaws or defects.
• NDT equipment calibration, maintenance, and operation are critical responsibilities of this role.
• Inspectors may be required to provide technical guidance and training to junior inspectors and technicians.
• Collaboration with quality, production, and engineering teams is necessary to ensure timely testing and project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during testing activities is paramount.
