We are looking for an experienced SAP Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the SAP MM module and strong knowledge of supply chain or store operations.

  • Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials.
  • Match PO and invoice details to ensure accurate entries.
  • Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities also include executing GI transactions in SAP, ensuring correct material movement type usage, maintaining accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels, creating and managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and tracking PR status.

The role requires coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery, monitoring open Purchase Orders (POs), and following up for order closures or changes.

SAP Reporting and Documentation responsibilities include generating reports on GRN, GI, and PO status, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance, and ordering and maintaining minimum and maximum inventory levels.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in SAP MM module
  • Knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes
  • Strong understanding of inventory and material movements
  • Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
