We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Lead to manage our podcast production process from start to finish. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of our podcast, including coordinating with guests, scheduling shoots, and delivering high-quality post-production work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of podcast production, ensuring seamless coordination with guests and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing to promote our podcast across various platforms and maximize its reach.
  • Provide regular updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in podcast production and management, with a strong understanding of digital media.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with guests.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with podcasting platforms is a plus.
