Job Title

A seasoned database expert is required to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical databases ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

  • This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to drive database efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for MongoDB administration and database best practices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain database management systems.
  • Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ensure security protocols, data protection, and compliance measures are in place.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide solutions and support critical business applications.
  • Assist in the development of database policies and procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on MongoDB administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in backup, recovery, and replication strategies.
  • Familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of database security protocols and data protection measures.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Broader exposure to NoSQL and relational database systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based database deployments.
  • Knowledge of DevOps automation for database administration.
