Job Title: Build Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Build Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in scripting, automation, version control, and build and deployment processes.

The successful Build Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining build and deployment processes for our software applications. You will work with various technologies including IIS Hosting, SSRS Configuration, Gitlab, Powershell, and CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and Jenkins.

  • Design, implement, and maintain IIS Hosting and SSRS Configuration for build and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to IIS Hosting and SSRS Configuration.
  • Manage version control using Gitlab.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Powershell and DOS Batch commands.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and Jenkins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in build and release engineering or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in IIS Hosting and SSRS Configuration.
  • Proficiency in Gitlab and version control concepts.
  • Experience with Powershell and DOS Batch command scripting.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of automation and scripting concepts.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
