Backend Development Expert

As a seasoned backend developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute technical expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Databases, APIs, or MERN stack to support academic and project-based learning.

You will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and refining backend curriculum and learning materials to reflect real-world practices.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to students during labs and backend projects, helping them debug, optimize, and scale applications.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with faculty members and teams to align curriculum with industry needs.
  • Mentorship: Mentor students on backend best practices, coding standards, and industry career paths.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer with a focus on Backend Development (preferably MERN stack).
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
