About the Job

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to optimize our overall spending across all categories.

This senior-level role plays a crucial part in cost control and continuous improvement through strategic negotiations, procurement support, and financial management.

  • Implement and oversee strategies to minimize costs across freight, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and operational expenses (OPEX).
  • Conduct in-depth cost analyses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost savings.

Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible pricing and terms for goods and services. Develop negotiation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

Procurement Support:

  • Oversee the procurement process to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers.
  • Identify and implement new procurement solutions.

Financial Controllership:

  • Manage accurate financial records for assigned cost and profit centers.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts.
  • Support budget development and implementation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable processes.
  • Conduct vendor due diligence and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Masters or graduation in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial operations with a focus on cost control and negotiation.
