Babblebots.ai was founded by a team of talented individuals and serial entrepreneurs, based out of Mumbai, with our office situated at IIT-Bombay (Powai). Recently, we closed a seed fund round and are expanding our team to amplify our impact over the next 12 months.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and optimizing scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications
  • Writing and maintaining testable, efficient, and reusable code aligned with industry best practices and company standards
  • Managing project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise
  • Collaborating with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products
  • Mentoring teammates and setting high technical standards

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience working as a backend developer
  • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI stack, database systems, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of scalability and performance optimization, coding, logical, and problem-solving abilities

The hiring process involves three rounds: R1 with AI-Recruiter Tina, R2 with the Hiring Manager for experience-related discussion and coding questions, and R3 with the Founder. The final decision is made within 15 days.
