Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the logistics of our operations, including bookings, reports, new customer registration, vessel schedules, and mail queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings, ensuring timely empty pick up for stuffing and offloading at CY
  • Create and send reports, including Load Plan, CBF, FLA, Final Loading Report, SID report, Weekly Report, and Vessel wise and Monthly TDR report
  • Process new customer registrations, collecting KYC documents, creating customer codes, activating user IDs, and mapping sales codes
  • Coordinate vessel schedules, sending FIL vessel carting to customers, and providing space requests to the space management team
  • Oversee shut out/roll over process, amending vessels in bookings, sending roll over messages to customers, and providing planning lists to the operation team
  • Respond to customer mail queries, coordinating with FDR/Vsl operators for space, COD requests, and BL release follow-ups
