Lead AI Developer
The Director will oversee the development of advanced models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation. This role involves creating and evolving AI-driven modules within a platform to solve critical problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Model Development: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to develop and deploy advanced LLM-based models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.
- Gen-AI-Powered Analysis: Create and fine-tune Generative AI models to assist in analysis creation for problem discovery, translating complex data patterns and root cause findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Architecture Frameworks: Collaborate with Technical Architects to evolve frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures to support connected data and ML pipeline executions in real-time.
- Client Solutions: Consult and provide guidance for creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for model training and inference.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance on best practices in GenAI methodologies and coding standards.
