Professional Accounting Specialist

This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to handle day-to-day accounting functions, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with taxation laws.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation. They should also be proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office, including Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting Functions: Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoice preparation, and reconciliation.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records.
- Taxation Compliance: Handle taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Reporting: Support management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
