We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Artisan with 0–2 years of experience in crafting compelling illustrations and digital artwork. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing brand that values innovation, culture, and storytelling.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing original illustrations and digital artwork for product, packaging & merchandise, while maintaining consistency in visual tone and pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing illustrations and digital artwork that reflect brand values, emotions, and product essence.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, category & product development teams to develop cohesive visual narratives.
  • Adapt illustration styles for different mediums - print, web, packaging, and physical products.
  • Ensure illustrations meet quality and color standards.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of color theory, composition, form, and character design.
  • Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
  • Versatility in working across different illustration styles (quirky, modern-ethnic, minimal, maximal, pop-culture-inspired, etc.).
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to visually interpret emotions, themes, and narratives.
  • Familiarity with art, culture, flora-fauna, and mythology.
  • Prior work in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, D2C brands, or packaging design.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
