Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight & Strategy: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
  • BIM Implementation: Champion the adoption and integration of BIM processes, adhering to industry standards and client-specific requirements.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Monitor project risks, address potential issues, and allocate resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between the project team and clients, facilitating clear communication, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Technical Support & Leadership: Offer technical expertise in BIM applications, advising and guiding the project team on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of BIM modelers, coordinators, and other project stakeholders, providing regular training to keep the team updated on BIM innovations and workflows.
  • Performance & Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables, including models and documentation, meet or exceed quality benchmarks and are compliant with industry standards.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and resource allocation, while maintaining detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management or similar project management roles within the AEC industry.
  • Expertise in BIM platforms, such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a deep understanding of BIM workflows and tools.
  • Familiarity with global BIM standards and regulations, especially ISO 19650.
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience in overseeing large-scale BIM projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as BIM 360.
  • Certification in PMP or similar project management frameworks.
