We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioinformatics Scientist to drive innovation in our field. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in clinical projects, multi-omics data types, and EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of scalable solutions and present compelling scientific presentations based on biological problem statements and multi-omics data.
  • Derive relevant insights from complex biological data using state-of-the-art statistical methods.
  • Innovate tools, pipelines, and algorithms for the analysis and visualization of multi-omics biological data.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to translate customer requirements into impactful solutions.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related technical discipline with demonstrated work in clinical projects.
  • Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data to derive actionable insights and clinical data integration.
  • Proficient in Python or R programming languages and hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods.
  • Track record of successful collaboration and independent work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with spatial omics data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
  • Cloud technology and scalable computing platforms experience.
