Project Lead for Design Execution

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the successful completion of interior and architectural design projects. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The Project Lead will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of full-cycle project execution from inception to completion.
  • Development of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Management of timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Leadership and management of internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Conducting regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.

Quality & Risk Management

  • Implementation of quality assurance procedures and enforcement of compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactive identification of risks or roadblocks and resolution without compromising project goals.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintenance of accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Presentation of project status reports to senior leadership and clients on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring contracts, work orders, and approvals are documented and maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is required.

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
