Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at MNR Solutions. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
  • Design, build, and validate predictive models and algorithms using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Create intuitive visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Clean, preprocess, and structure data from various sources to ensure high quality for analysis and modeling.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
  • Prepare and present reports on project outcomes, methodologies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Familiarity with SQL for database querying and management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
