Job Description

As the lead designer, you will be responsible for delivering premium interior design solutions to a select group of customers. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized design solutions that meet their expectations.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of design offerings and exceed customer satisfaction levels. This includes managing multiple design projects simultaneously, analyzing sales reports and project timelines to identify areas for improvement.

Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 10+ years of industry experience OR 6+ years of experience (with 2+ years in HL)
  • Skills: Site experience, Google Sketchup software knowledge, strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to analyze sales reports and project timelines.
