Senior Finance Expert

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating accounting functions and programs to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Preparing detailed financial analyses and reports to inform business decisions.
3. Developing and managing budgets to meet business objectives.
4. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Assisting with annual audit preparations and investigations into discrepancies and issues of noncompliance.
6. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
7. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
