Job Overview:

Nova Vita is seeking seasoned cybersecurity professionals to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. The role demands strong expertise in threat management, data protection, cloud security, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies, monitoring and responding to cyber threats, and conducting vulnerability assessments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity strategy, frameworks, and controls.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats and incidents.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and red team exercises.
  • Perform digital forensics, root cause analysis, and incident response lifecycle management.
  • Define and enforce policies for data privacy, identity and access management, and data loss prevention.
  • Secure infrastructure across network, endpoint, application, database, and cloud environments.
  • Implement security controls for cloud services, containers, and DevOps tools.
  • Manage and tune security tools such as firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and CASB.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as IRDAI, RBI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
  • Conduct third-party risk assessments and ensure supply chain security.
  • Lead business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives from a security standpoint.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Core Security Areas:
  • Network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, zero trust, SD-WAN, and NAC.
  • Endpoint security: EDR/XDR solutions, antivirus software, and patch management.
  • Application security: OWASP Top 10, SAST, DAST, RASP, and API security.
  • Cloud security: CSPM, CWPP, CASB, and secure configuration of cloud services.
  • Identity and access management: IAM, PAM, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Data protection: data loss prevention, encryption, and key management.
  • Security operations: SIEM, SOAR, threat hunting, and SOC operations.
  • Threat and vulnerability management: vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and risk assessment.
