Senior Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to adapt master creatives into performance-friendly formats for various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Transform existing designs into visually appealing and effective advertisements for digital and print media.
  • Evaluate specifications, resolutions, and formats to ensure accurate delivery of materials across different platforms.
  • Create high-quality visual content for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) such as standees, danglers, posters, and shelf strips.
  • Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare print-ready files with precise die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
  • Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Able to work efficiently on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with pre-press processes and print production.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in a design agency or in-house brand team.
