Job Title: Java Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our development team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:

  • Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  • Designing and developing RESTful APIs
  • Databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
  • OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications and services. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  2. Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications and external systems
  3. Develop and optimize microservices-based architectures
  4. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices
  5. Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in backend development
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Knowledge of security best practices in backend applications (authentication, authorization, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Hyderabad.
