Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Testing Professional to join our team. As a seasoned tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our organization's mainframe systems.

With a strong background in manual and automation testing, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on comprehensive test plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong experience in QA manual and automation testing with a focus on mainframe testing, including JCL, COBOL, SQL, and API testing using tools such as Rest Assured or Karate, Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
  • Extensive knowledge of testing lifecycle and core testing processes/techniques using different test approaches.
  • Excellent knowledge in testing skills, including providing estimations, writing test scenarios, cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs, and communicating clearly with global teams/stakeholders.
  • Awareness of CI/CD and DevOps practices, with experience in Jenkins and JIRA.
  • Good understanding of the Banking Industry and its specific testing requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mainframe testing.
  • Strong analytical capability and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and independently with global teams.
