Job Overview:

Our dynamic coaching classes in Mumbai seek a proactive Education Counselor to oversee day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to foster a supportive learning environment.
  2. Efficiently manage branch operations to deliver seamless services.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
  4. Monitor performance to maintain operational efficiency.
  5. Ensure compliance with educational standards and company policies.
  6. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in science or business administration preferred, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in team management, sales, marketing, and customer support.
  3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Professional demeanor and neat appearance.
