Job Title

This is a role that focuses on data management and governance.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and help us design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools and knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data migration testing.

  • This person will be responsible for analyzing source systems, identifying Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking, and implementing data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • The successful candidate will also work closely with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • In addition, they will optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times, collaborate with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices, and monitor and troubleshoot issues with TDM solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data migration testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
