Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned automation professional to lead process improvements and develop cutting-edge RPA solutions. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth by enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA processes using industry-leading tools like BluePrism and Automation Anywhere.
  • Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automation outputs.
  • Develop and maintain technical guides and documentation for internal and external users.
  • Leverage your expertise in BPM tools like ARIS/MS Visio to create efficient process models.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or project coordination management.
  • 3+ years of experience in RPA as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on feasibility assessments and stakeholder mapping.
  • Expertise in identifying problems and proposing solutions for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with BPM tool proficiency, particularly ARIS/MS Visio.
