ROW Manager

Sterlite Power is seeking a skilled ROW Manager to join their team.

Location: Surat and Valsad, Gujarat

Number of Positions: 2

Education: Any Graduation

Experience: 9 to 14 years

Industry Target: Oil and Gas, Mining, Power, Infrastructure - Roads, Highway and Power Transmission

Job Summary: The ROW Manager will be responsible for monitoring ROW issues and resolving them with concerned stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall monitoring of ROW issues based on severity and its resolution
• Support for developing and meeting requirements of National and Multilateral requirements
• Maintain cost efficiency, budgets planning, and asset management
• ROW clearances to ensure project delivery on time and budget
• Deal with District Administration for resolution of critical ROW issues and handling Legal issues pertaining to ROW in Lines
• Securing orders from District Administration for the Land Compensation
• Drive monitoring of ROW performance metrics, reporting of metrics to project mgmt/senior mgmt. team and identification of risk mitigation steps and develop initiatives to set industry benchmark

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
