Job Title: Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating our existing Ant-based build system to either Maven or Gradle, while preserving the current project structure.

Migrate the build system to either Maven or Gradle, ensuring minimal disruption to the development workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Build Tool Migration:
  • Analyze the current Ant build system to identify dependencies, tasks, and project structure.
  • Orientate on compatibility with existing project structures when using the chosen tool (Maven or Gradle).
  • Optimize the build process for performance and efficiency.
  • Implement automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment stages.

We require skills in:

  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ant build tool and experience in migrating to Maven or Gradle.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other build tools (Maven, Gradle).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker).
