Leading Accounting and Compliance Expert Sought:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Chartered Accountant to assume responsibility for leading accounting, compliance, and financial control across our entire organization. This role will be accountable for comprehensive bookkeeping, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, audit, and regulatory filings while collaborating closely with business teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Reporting:

  • Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for group entities on a monthly basis.
  • Supervision of global entity books of accounts based out of USA, Hong Kong, and China.
  • Ensuring timely completion of reconciliations between consolidated accounts and Management Information Systems (MIS), along with documentation and explanation of variances.
  • Management of the monthly financial close process, including verification of all incurred costs, review of journal entries, and ensuring proper recording.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should possess deep retail and inventory accounting expertise, demonstrated leadership in multi-entity environments, and the ability to establish scalable processes to support rapid growth.
