Job Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Relativity, iConect, and other industry-standard platforms is required for success.
  • This role involves working on 2 simultaneous projects across various clients, depending on project size and complexity.
  • A client-facing position requires daily status reports and metrics to be provided to the Project Manager.
  • Create review, breach review, and QC workflows in conjunction with the PM, and be responsible for their implementation and management.
  • Perform QA on batches being released by team members (post QC), identify error trends, and create remedial actions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders on queries if they are unable to resolve them promptly.
  • Hands-on experience in technical and project guidelines, serving as a technical coach for MDR and CIR TLs.
  • Create STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, run analytics for projects, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor hourly productivity metrics and perform QA on reviewed data to maintain quality control.
  • Responsible for the quality and productivity of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • The candidate must be an attorney with excellent communication skills.
  • Must have worked as an APM for at least 1+ years and have total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years.
  • A legal support/technical background is required, along with expertise in SharePoint and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills are essential for effective communication.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements is necessary for adaptability.
