Job Summary:

This is a key role that involves effective navigation of processes, customer communication, and target achievement. We are seeking an individual with a strong analytical background in Insurance and OTC collections AR, who has experience in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely closure of accounts
  • Monitoring and reviewing account quality to ensure compliance with predefined parameters
  • Account allocation according to guidelines
  • Customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of concerns
  • Achievement of key targets for the process in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Preparation of reports and business review templates for performance review
  • Maintenance of technical skills such as computer navigation, keyboarding, and proficiency in MS office, especially Excel
  • Demonstration of process-specific skills including negotiation, decision-making, and ownership
  • Development of soft skills like self-discipline, result orientation, adaptability, presentation, feedback, goal-oriented, written and verbal communication, listening, comprehension, questioning, reasoning, customer service focus, and telephone etiquette

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills in Insurance and OTC collections AR
  • Past work experience in SAP ERP
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to balance quality, customer service, and productivity standards
