We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our Technology department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development and possess a strong understanding of web development technologies. As a Full stack PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform testing, and ensure the performance and security of applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of bug-free applications.
  • Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of web development technologies.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (i.e. Opencart, Laravel, CodeIgniter).
  • Experience with version control systems (i.e., Git) and project management tools (i.e., Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
