Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across multiple Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research, understand competition & market trends
  • Lead product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization efforts to secure top listings
  • Manage relationships with key personnel within designated marketplaces
  • Collaborate with operations teams to streamline shipments/POs and reduce stock-out times
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to inform management decisions and drive future performance
  • Oversee Key Accounts Management, Category and Catalogue management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the beauty and personal care sector is beneficial
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs to all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders and handle Inventory management
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a team of associates to drive marketplace channels
