Job Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across multiple Quick Commerce platforms.
- Conduct market research, understand competition & market trends
- Lead product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization efforts to secure top listings
- Manage relationships with key personnel within designated marketplaces
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline shipments/POs and reduce stock-out times
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to inform management decisions and drive future performance
- Oversee Key Accounts Management, Category and Catalogue management initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the beauty and personal care sector is beneficial
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs to all stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders and handle Inventory management
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a team of associates to drive marketplace channels
