The Role

We seek someone who balances creative ambition with financial discipline and supports bold decisions with solid numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading all things finance: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting.
  • Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.
  • Building financial models that help us make informed decisions.
  • Leading investor and board reporting with clarity and confidence.
  • Owning audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.
  • Building a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business.

Requirements:

  • CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.
  • A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
  • Strategic finance chops – you think big and long-term.
  • Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy.
  • 6-day work culture.
  • Worked in D2C, Q-commerce, fashion startups will be an added advantage.
