Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain and support mission-critical financial messaging systems to ensure secure high-availability operations that integrate seamlessly with banking applications.
  • Set up, configure and manage SWIFT messaging infrastructure across environments to streamline business processes.
  • Design and implement message routing transformation and validation logic for MT MX and ISO 20022 message formats to meet industry standards.
  • Monitor system performance manage error handling and perform root cause analysis to improve overall efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor SWIFT security controls including CSP compliance and certificate/HSM management to protect sensitive data.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools using SQL shell scripting Python Perl or equivalent to automate manual tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA) and SWIFT Message Handling (SMH/Alliance Messaging Hub).
  • Strong understanding of financial messaging formats (MT MX) and ISO 20022 standards to ensure compliance.
  • Expertise in scripting and automation using SQL and languages such as Shell Python or Perl to enhance productivity.
  • Solid problem-solving capabilities and experience in high-availability production support environments to deliver results under pressure.
