Head of Investment Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our investment solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of high-net-worth clients and deliver tailored wealth management strategies.
  • Promote and sell large portfolios, including alternative investment funds and other financial products.
  • Build relationships with clients and position our offerings as optimal solutions to their needs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our business.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns.
  • Regularly meet clients to review their portfolios and discuss market trends.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of financial products to existing clients.

Team Leadership & Expansion

  • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers and other staff members.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure each member delivers exceptional service.
  • Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to expand our business.
  • Set clear performance goals for team members and provide regular coaching and development opportunities.

Investment Product Expertise

  • Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products and be able to communicate their features effectively.
  • Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies and new investment products.
  • Have hands-on experience with stock market trading and leverage this knowledge to guide clients in structuring their investment portfolios.
  • Guide clients on risk management strategies and portfolio diversification techniques.

Sales & Performance Metrics

  • Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
  • Regularly track and report sales performance and client acquisition metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all client dealings and financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all wealth management strategies adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with risk management protocols and is well-informed on market volatility and client risk tolerance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales.
  • Proven track record in selling large portfolios and managing high-value relationships.
  • Expertise in various financial products and experience with stock market investments.

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications such as CFA or CFP are an advantage.
