We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Support integration efforts, ensuring seamless interaction between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Deliver ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and enhancements in line with best practices.
  • Monitor platform health, reduce technical debt, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HAM, or ITOM, with basic knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Implementations: Hands-on experience in at least 1-2 full ServiceNow implementations.
  • Integration Technologies: Familiarity with integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and JSON, as well as relevant ServiceNow tools.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
