Digital Experience Architect for E-commerce Solutions

Inspire Brands is a leading player in the restaurant industry, leveraging digital transformation and operational efficiencies to drive innovation. The company's technology hub, located in India, serves as a key innovation center for product development and technology innovation across its portfolio of brands.
The Product Designer III will be responsible for collaborating with members of the User Experience Research & Design team and other stakeholders to contribute to individual and team efforts. This role involves working on designing web and app experiences for Inspire Brands' diverse portfolio of brands, focusing on creating simple, usable, and desirable e-commerce experiences for users.
This position requires a high level of empowerment, allowing designers to tackle a wide range of product design challenges. Our designers work closely with feedback from over 100 million customers to deliver solutions that meet guest needs and transform the digital restaurant experience. As a Product Designer III, you will help usher in next-generation experiences for our brands, actively designing experiences for customers and franchisees while evolving our unified design system.
The UX Research & Design team at Inspire Brands operates in an agile environment, with designers working in multi-disciplinary scrum teams to design and develop prioritized features from our product roadmap. Key responsibilities include experimentation mindset, generating early design concepts, specifying finished designs, research and testing capabilities, continuous iteration and refinement, team involvement and participation, education qualifications, and experience qualification.
This role requires a strong understanding of design thinking, e-commerce design, interaction design, information architecture, mobile-first design, web design, and responsive design. Familiarity with Figma for both design and prototyping is essential, along with hands-on experience and high degree of expertise in contributing to enterprise user interface guidelines and design systems. Awareness of design and usability guidelines for mobile and web interfaces is also required.
We are looking for a highly experienced Product Designer III who can guide other designers as a lead member of the design team. This is not a graphic design / visual design role. You must have a working style that enables solving complex design problems at the charter/capability level, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and being self-directed, organized, and efficient. The ability to make contributions, review, and coordinate the contributions of others is essential. Cross-functional influence, process contribution, meeting facilitation, presentation requirements, user advocacy, business representation, and effective communication skills are also necessary.
