Job Title: Creative Visual Communicator

We are seeking a talented and experienced visual communicator to join our team as a creative graphic designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design high-impact ecommerce landing pages that drive engagement and increase conversion rates.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working on-site in Gurugram with alternate Saturdays off. We require 2-4 years of relevant experience in designing ecommerce pages, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create visually appealing page layouts for ecommerce landing pages to drive conversion rates
  2. Select and arrange text, images, graphics, and other visual elements to create a cohesive and effective design that converts visitors to customers
  3. E nsure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes throughout the project.
  4. Use graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit visual content.
  5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency.
  6. Handle revisions and feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and meet project goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in designing, preferably with ecommerce pages
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Excellent creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
