Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top talent for our client's technology staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with top IT professionals through various sourcing channels.
  • Generate requirements from New Vendor relations and Existing vendors through cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for bench-sales.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure best fit for client requirements.
  • Negotiate rates and complete necessary paperwork for placements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and provide timely updates on candidate submissions.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in bench-sales recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT consulting projects.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and various skill sets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Good knowledge of relevant sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

The ideal candidate should have good background interacting with all levels of IT resources and experience working with Candidates authorized to work in the United States, OPT, H1B, EAD, USC and GC candidates.

Compensation

We offer an estimated salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
